I work as a Project Manager for circular economy projects. My responsibilities include a variety of expert, facilitation, and marketing tasks across multiple projects, as well as development work related to resource efficiency and the circular economy.

My strengths lie in pedagogy, creating engaging and participatory educational materials, and inspiring people to make more sustainable choices in their everyday lives.

I am a service and urban designer whose areas of expertise include design thinking, participatory and co-design methods, information visualization, and project management. In my work, I support solutions for sustainable everyday living and urban environments through the EU-funded Urban Prosumers project. I am particularly inspired by themes of inclusion and empathy, thinking beyond the human perspective, and advancing sustainability transitions through regenerative urban planning and design.

I am an energy and climate specialist working in the Sustainable Living team, with expertise focused particularly on energy efficiency, emissions reduction, and the development of sustainable energy solutions at the municipal, property, and systems levels. Resident-centered work has been an integral part of my professional foundation and has strengthened my understanding of how climate and energy objectives are connected to people’s daily lives, decision-making processes, and the development efforts of various organizations. I also work extensively on circular economy and sustainable development topics. My strengths include understanding complex and wide-ranging issues, translating expert knowledge into clear and accessible information, and planning and implementing projects in a systematic, goal-oriented manner through collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

I work as an energy advisor in the Kanta-Häme region and also provide energy advisory services for businesses in the Kanta-Häme and Pirkanmaa regions.
