In addition to environmental responsibility, we actively promote both social and economic responsibility. Employee satisfaction and wellbeing, offering internship and work‑trial opportunities, and customer satisfaction are key performance indicators for our company — standing alongside our business metrics as equally important measures of success.

We advance sustainable development across all of the UN Sustainable Development Goals. In our work, Goals 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities) and 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) are especially central, as we contribute to developing safe and sustainable cities and support the implementation of sustainable development and global cooperation.

Our commitment to the responsibility of our own operations is a matter of honour for us. A sustainability report has been prepared on Ekokumppanit’s activities in accordance with the VSME standard officially recommended by the European Commission. This enhances our sustainable development reporting and increases the transparency of our operations.

In addition to the basic module of the VSME standard, the report also takes into account the sub‑modules of the extended module that are essential for Ekokumppanit’s operations. We update our sustainability report annually.

EcoFellows’s equality and development plan outlines how we promote an equal, fair, and well‑being work community. The plan guides our everyday practices as well as the development of our personnel and workplace community.
