Promoting European Green Deal among citizens in a gender equality perspective. The project operates within this context, emphasizing the crucial role of citizens in achieving environmental goals and promoting gender equality. It aims to facilitate exchanges between people from different countries to broaden perspectives on key EU policies, such as the European Green Deal and the Gender Equality Strategy. Through Town Twinning, the project seeks to enhance citizens’ awareness of EU policies and their impact, fostering a sense of ownership of the European Union and countering euroscepticism. Active citizen involvement is essential for achieving a just transition that leaves no one behind.

The specific objectives are the following:
The project will involve a series of transnational meetings and activities designed to promote the Green Deal Initiatives and the Gender Equality Strategy. These activities will target political representatives, civil servants, and citizens to foster knowledge sharing, skill development, and active participation.
